We provide professional photography services including but not limited to event photography, ID photography, portrait sessions, and personal branding photography. Service descriptions, pricing, and package details are provided on our website and may be subject to change without notice.
All photography sessions require advance booking. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and payment of any required deposit. Session dates and times are subject to availability.
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Payment may be required in full or in part at the time of booking. Final payment is typically due before or on the day of the photography session.
Client cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation policies and refund terms are detailed in our Return Policy. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to inclement weather, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control.
All photographs created by Brandaetraderil Photography Studio remain the property of the photographer and are protected by copyright laws. Clients receive usage rights as specified in their service agreement.
Unless otherwise specified in writing, clients are granted a license to use photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires additional licensing and written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you provide to us. By providing content, you grant us a license to use it for the purpose of providing our photography services.

Final edited images will be delivered via the method specified in your service agreement. Delivery timeframes vary depending on the type of session and current workload, typically ranging from 7 to 21 business days.
Standard editing includes color correction, exposure adjustments, and basic retouching. Additional retouching services may be available at additional cost. Client requests for significant alterations to the artistic style or content of images may be accommodated when feasible.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms of Service which is due to earthquake, fire, flood, act of God, act of war, terrorism, epidemic, pandemic, government action, or other causes which are beyond our reasonable control.
In the event of such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and will work with you to find alternative solutions or reschedule services as appropriate.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms of Service shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
