Clients may cancel their photography session by providing written notice to Brandaetraderil Photography Studio. Cancellation terms depend on the notice period provided.
Clients may request to reschedule their session. Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days before the scheduled session date are generally accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the session may incur a rescheduling fee.

Once photography services have been completed and images have been delivered, refunds are generally not available. However, we strive to ensure client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the delivered images, please contact us to discuss your concerns.
